  • Standard Orders: 2–4 business days to process before shipping.

  • Custom Orders: 5–7 business days depending on design complexity.

  • U.S. Standard (5–7 Business Days): Rates calculated at checkout.

  • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout.

  • FREE Shipping on Orders Over $99 (U.S. only)

🔁 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We believe in honoring quality, legacy, and our customers. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

✅ Return Policy:

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery

  • Item(s) must be:

    • Unworn and unwashed

    • In original condition with tags

    • Free of stains, odors, or damage

🚫 What Can’t Be Returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Clearance or Final Sale products

🔄 How to Return or Exchange:

  1. Email us at support@alltdup.com with your order number and reason.

  2. We’ll respond in 24–48 hours with return instructions.

  3. Customer pays return shipping unless item is defective or incorrect.

💰 Refund Info:

  • Refunds processed 5–7 business days after receiving return

  • Returned to original payment method

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

👕 Size Not Right?

We offer free exchanges for sizing issues within 7 days—item must be in returnable condition.
